Today Marcus Gosselin taught us the basics of shader programming in Unity and MonoDevelop. Marcus was given the task of learning shaders with the intent to teach the members of the club and did a wonderful job today. Programming shaders in Unity involves multiple languages, complex math, and an understanding of how graphics are processed through a GPU on a computer. It’s not easy stuff!
While already being a very strong and capable programmer, Marcus showed his ability to teach in a lecture based, classroom setting. Great job Marcus! You are a valuable asset to our team!
